We used to really love Providence pediatrics however, in the last few years it seems like its just sliding deeper and deeper into despair, although we love Dr. Ogawa and we did love Dr. Monroe. getting into see Ogawa is damn near impossible and Monroe left the practice without any notice (at least for us) and Ive been unable to successfully get my daughter into the doctor who took her place for two years, I rely more in urgent care for the needs of my children, and its very obvious that the front receptionist staff are overwhelmed under trained and incompetent. if youre thinking of becoming a new patient here, save yourself the heartache and go to a smaller practice. Theyve completely lost whats most important in pediatrics. humanity, kindness, healing and understanding.

Just took my 2 month old baby girl to her first appointment at providence. She saw doctor Michael Bressler. Everything went so well, very professional, thorough with her exam. Comfortable vibes. Very happy with our experience!

Doctor Davis is the worst doctor I have experienced. I expressed many concerns with him about my child's behavior issues and how it is conflicting at home and school. Completely ignored my pleas and gave me a referral. Waited a 1 year and a half and returned with the evaluations done by the school, and instructed to return and ask him to sign the medical statement. He proceeded to not inform me on any questions I had, his response was "I'll speak with his medical team and if we see anything we will call you.". A week later everyone at the school is wondering why he didn't even read the paperwork and signed the medical statement in denial. He never explained anything. He yelled at me because I didn't have a Vanderbilt when the psychologist gave him a more thorough exam which is the Conners and Basc. No doctor should ever yell at a someone who is asking for explanations and answers to help her child. Professionalism is a must with any doctor experience.

We absolutely love Doctor Ogawa. If I was rating her alone, I would give 10 stars. She is extremely kind, competent, respectful of our family's cultural differences and always takes time to explain everything. She also is not the kind of doctor to just throw medicine at your kids and I can trust that when she prescribes something, it's because they actually need it. I've also only had good experiences with the receptionists and medical assistants. I have seen Dr. Min a few times and liked her, as well as Whitney Serafini. I'm not a huge fan of most of the other providers here, otherwise I would rate 5 stars.
