Medical Eye Center

If you go here do not pay with cash they will pocket the money and send you a bill and when you have a receipt they will not honor it and say you still owe the money because their receipt didn't specify if you paid in the optical area or front desk. I talked to billing multiple times about this to get it resolved I have receipts to prove I paid and they're still sending me bills and harassing me to pay something that is not owed. I will never return here.

My experience overall with the Peyton eye center and now with the medical eye center has been wonderful. May I suggest that for people who need to call after hours such as myself whose father just died please provide an email address to let you know as soon as possible even during the night of a cancellation need. I hope you get this because I need to cancel my appointment for tomorrow 3:12 of 24 at 10:30. This is Amy Upton thank you

Worst place ever. We took our elderly friend to this place. They were unprofessional. They were satisfied with her bring able to see the top line. Told her it was in parameters. They sent her off with a new prescription. After this very unsatisfactory experience, we took her to Dr. Barnes at Costco. He examined her and confirmed that the prescription she had received at Medical Eye Center was wrong. Had we filled their prescription she not be able to see. Just the best people to care for your eyes. Very thorough with the exam and advising the right lenses to buy. Dr. Do was great in explaining the exam results and gave great advise. I will not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends.
