I'm new to the area and needed a physical and a TB test for work. I was not allowed to do either since I had my child with me. Had to spend a week desperately looking for childcare in a new area. makes it very difficult for single parents or people knew to an area. I would have gone anywhere else if my employer would send paperwork anywhere else.

We had to wait 30 minutes after his scheduled visit. The medical assistant that took my husband back to the room was very rude. The ladies at the front desk are polite. Its definitely not okay for the medical assistant to be so rude. There is no reason to have such horrible customer service. She needs to get another job if she cant handle being a decent person when she deals with people all day. If you are having a bad day, you still have to put on a nice face, and have a good attitude. Especially in the medical field. I have worked in customer service a lot, and people can be frustrating- but you deal with it in a nice way. If you have the option of going somewhere else, do it. This place is definitely not worth the money you spend.

It's pretty lame that the only people giving good reviews on this place are the ones working for this place.. My experience as a patient is the doctor was rude the assistant or whoever was the one that pulled me back was rude and the fact that they didn't test what they were supposed to test so I had to come back a second time which was a very big inconvenience not to mention the fact that they want to treat me like I'm less than them or something. If they would have done their job correctly the first time I would not have even had to come back a second time. I will never go to this place again and I will not recommend it to anybody. They are short staffed and have bad attitude. I am very disappointed that Asante has an office like that and I hope they correct it soon.
