After losing our house in the Almeda fire in 2020 I never thought I would be a homeowner again. Both my husband and I are on Social Security I could not imagine anyone giving us a loan to own our own house. But I was so wrong. I found Niki Campbell of Homebridge and she is a wizard at financing. Niki walked me through what I had to do to bring up my credit to be able to prequalify for a home loan within our monthly budget. And Niki also looked into my husbands military benefits. My husband thought he would not qualify for military benefits for housing at the age of 67 and because of a previous attempt at a young age to own but fell through because of Fannie Mae scandal. Niki investigated his situation and turned out he does quality. Thanks to Nikis hard work and expansive knowledge, we moved into our home in November, no down payment, monthly payments plus insurance within our budget, and a beautiful swimming pool. I highly recommend Niki Campbell of Homebridge . She will definitely guide you through the whole process of buying or refinancing. If I ever buy again she is my go to girl.

The Campbell Team is amazing through the whole process. They really listen and help you each step of the way and are prompt with asking questions and answering or returning calls. I've used them with a refinance and a purchase. They really know how to put their clients #1 and treat them as "family" not just a number. This review is long over due. Niki Campbell was nothing but professionally courteous during the entire process. Niki walked us through the entire process each and every step of the way making sure we understood what was going on. She kept us up to date and was easily accessible for any questions we may have had (not many bc she already explained everything to us in understandable terms early in the process). My wife and I highly recommend using Niki.
