        This is my favorite place to get Italian food in Medford. The pasta is fresh and the daily specials are always good. Some of the best ravioli Ive had in a long time. Small dining room, but very friendly staff and delicious food :-). I would recommend veal piccata, a classic, well represented here! Dietary restrictions: Vegan sauce is available, Whole wheat pasta, options, and gluten-free choices

        The food, atmosphere, and service, plus having the advantage of sitting on the patio, made an extra special date night for my husband and me. I recommend this as a wonderful and authentic Italian restaurant.

        Came in around 7pm and we were seated immediately. Very friendly and prompt service. Huge selection of dishes and pizza. My wife got the ravioli special of the night which was stuffed portobello, my son had the 10 bbq chicken pizza which was loaded up perfectly , I had the shrimp and scallop penne pasta with a lemon marinara, we were all very happy with our choices. The provided garlic bread was fresh and tasty while the Caesar salads were tangy and delicious. Overall a great little Italian restaurant. Only it could get a little loud when busy

      When Laura and Mike Hogan took over the ownership of Rosarios Italian Restaurant, they brought something to it, authentic recipes and an unyielding commitment to excellence. Hospitality is another Italian tradition embodied in Rosarios Italian Restaurant, where anybody and everybody is welcome to stop by and try the deli sandwiches, pasta dishes, calzones, and unbeatable wood-fired pizzas. Tiramisu and other unique Italian desserts top off the menu, and everything from the bread to the sauces is made fresh, from scratch. With an extensive wine list featuring some of Southern Oregon and Italys finest. Rosarios Italian Restaurant was established in 1975, as a small deli and has grown into one Southern Oregons best restaurants.
