I'd have to agree with some of the other reviews I read here - Columbia Does Not Care! I stopped going to CC because they made my life WORSE. Medication management was ineffective because the provider did not listen to my feedback when telling her "this med is not working because..." and she would say well "they say it's good for this and the suggested dose is this". One therapist was so horrible I filed a complaint against him - I heard he was fired shortly after. In an appointment, he told me was going to "call the cops" on me - I said go ahead and left to go home. He called their crisis people but they denied his request to call to law enforcement (thank you crisis people, I felt better as soon as I got away from him).

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. First of all, Columbia does NOT care & second they dont believe people get better. Theyre liars & do not care about their employees. No wonder why their turn over rate is so bad. I was in a horrible situation & never was checked up on once. I got fired over something under my control. Do not become a client here & most importantly dont ever become an employee for them. Do not recommend. Youre better off going to Jackson County Mental Health or Options!

Mis Idiagnoses of patient then libel and slander do not go here BEWARE wrong meds and misdiagnosis almost cost my son's life!!! Che k Glassdoor reviews to see why folks are unhappy with them
