        Scheduled an appointment for 04/30/24 back in November. Just received a call to cancel my appt because the doctor is leaving. Can get me scheduled for August. So that's a total of 9 months between when I originally called and when they can get me in and I still could get a call in July cancelling again due to the revolving door that these physicians go in and out of. There is zero consistency in this industry and they're paid the highest.

        I always like to give the benefit of the doubt to front desk workers. Could be a busy day, understaffed. But after 3 times in 8 months the same person, Denise, doesn't want to give her name when asked and the rudeness is a constant attitude. I've gotta question why others at the same office manage to be cheerful and helpful
