Hard to find the words to convey my level of gratitude and satisfaction. I slept wrong one night and couldnt turn my neck for days. I tried a multitude of remedies; muscle relaxers, pain pills, cannabis salves, lidocaine patches, heating pad, yoga, etc none of which brought relief. Finally I scheduled a massage with Caroline. She had me lay on my back and held my shoulders and neck in her hands. Im a big guy and was impressed by her strength. She easily diagnosed the problematic muscle group and explained what she was doing as she kneaded my shoulders and neck. Shes stronger than I thought and was able to work the muscles deep without significant pain. There were a few points where she hit a tender spot, but I never felt in real pain. -rather that she was gingerly working out the problem area thoroughly while keeping me as comfortable as possible. After she was done she advised me to take it easy and put an ice pack on my neck and shoulders. I laid down for a few hours with an ice pack and when I got up I could move my neck and 99% of my pain had disappeared!!! I was so impressed!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone searching for a great massage. She is very knowledgeable, intuitive, thorough, professional, and overall does great work to achieve amazing results!!!

My husband thought to spoil me by booking me an in home massage. I was nervoushow am I going to like it? Relax while hearing my kids in the other room? Wellturned outI was able to relax and feel spoiled. Caroline is amazing! Her hands are strong..her temperament is soothing..plus she creates a quiet and relaxing moodin my crazy house! Best present my husband has gifted me! Thank you Caroline!!!

Caroline does an amazing job giving massages. She sets the mood to get you to relax, which is not an easy thing for me. She uses enough pressure that your are not miserable but that the muscles know they are being worked on. She recently worked on my neck, which I could not move, and I am feeling so much better. I had the opportunity to receive Reiki from Caroline. She shared with me the process for receiving Reiki, what to expect, and asked if there was a particular focus or intention I would like for the session. The energy coming through was relaxing , resetting, and I left my session feeling more grounded. Caroline brought great care and professionalism to each moment of the session.
