I ordered a few items for Christmas & the items arrived in time & were quality. My biggest complaint is the billing. The bill was due on January 4....I mailed payment on Saturday December 30. I understand it was the holidays, VS said they received payment on 7th and charged a $30 late fee. I called them to say I have never been late with my payments before & requested the fee to be waived.They said they could waive $15, which angered me, but I paid the $15. They then said that $15 was late! And charged $30 + $15! What a racket! I do not do online payments & will not order from this company again!

I love Victoria secret but today I went in to get underwear and while I was shopping one of the ladies working there gave me a bag to put all my items in, and when she handed me the shopping bag she had already put underwear (without mentioning it to me) in the bag to try to "trick" me into buying it. My husband pointed out that there were tems in my bag I hadn't put in there and when I looked, he was right. It was not professional at all, and I'm upset that she would try to swindle me into buying something I didn't even like. I've never had this happen before and I was very disappointed.

Amazing place to get underwear and lingerie. I go here for all of my underwear. They have so many sizes for everyone and they are all very nice. Underwear is so comfortable and they even have period underwear!! Thier lingerie is very sexy and comfy
