I am so sorry that my actions seemed pushy , it is never our intention to insist on a warranty on our jewelry , or to add it to a purchase without the guest’s knowledge . We do quote our prices with the optional warranty included after we apply all discounts and I should have been more careful explaining this optional service plan . I do believe in our lifetime protection plans since they do provide so many benefits to our guests but it was never my intention to make you feel pressured . I am sorry if it crossed a line with you and I do take your feedback with the utmost seriousness , it provides us with useful insight and an opportunity to better by our guests .
