    I have never had such an unprofessional experience that I did today what an awful environment at the Medford location it was the absolute WORST experience. I have not had WiFi in almost two weeks and have had a technician come out to fix their equipment that has not been updated in many years. The lady who was working there said she has been there for over 20 years and even after mentioning we have not had internet she stated she would not give us a discount or take anything off or fix the issue. She stated our equipment was up to date when the technician told us it was over 20 years old. She then said she is unable to give us any discount for the month as they dont have documentation and dont give documentation either but thats the only way you would be able to get a discount is with documentation ? She was VERY rude and we pay $125 a month and she simply said there is nothing we can do. We still have to pay the entire bill and they are unable to give us any documentation that they were ever even at our house. Absolutely WILD. So no internet still but still being charged.

    Not happy with spctrum i told them I wanted just local channels only take out cable just local channels was told be 61 dollars a momth ontermet and local channels they nebe mentioned the 25.77 othe charges i neve paid more than 70 a month for both sevice i called back they said it locked cant change that if you see how much spectrum profita 29 million last year and profited more but wont make agreement i first agreed to only to be lied to now time for me to do my homework buy rabbitt ears i be fine with just internet only Ok called them next day they said the extra 25.77 is for broadcast channels which i did not order i only wanted local channels they refuse to remove the broadcasting i told them nothing was ever mentioned in broadcasting just want local channel and internet beware make you you tell them no broadcasting added they wont remove that are making me pay for an extra 25.77 broadcasting i never ask for not happy feels like i being rip off force to pay for broadcasting . :( i looking into other looking into other alternative to see what I can do try other business cheaper praying
