I purchased a mobile map product from this company in August 2013 for a one-time fee of $49. I saw no benefit from this, but it was cheap, so I didn't care much. Then, I received a call in January 2014 from a person from this company who is not my representative. He sounded like he was on speed, and I told him I was not interested. After he kept talking (I told him I had clients waiting for me, which was true), I told him to please send me an email with the offer he was "presenting" to me, and I would review it and get back with him. Instead, he charged $200 on my credit card. Email and phone call inquiring why he felt he could charge my account without permission have not been answered. I am be disputed this, and after much frustration, the issue was finally resolved.
Update: After much frustration, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
