Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I switched to Progressive just over 5yrs ago after getting the Flo mailer says I could save over $400..I love Flo I did and never looked back except when backing up. I'm at Diamond Level w 5yrs service, never an driving infraction. And I have 2 cars w then..if needed.Renters Ins very very inexpensive. Best customer service from any other company. Fast pros and seemed to be open 24/7 for us nocturnal. Just start w Progressive and save major time and I will bet dollars as well. Simple

Disgusting money grubbing thieves. My premium has gone up over 50% in a year without any accidents, tickets or claims of any kind. Their excuse is literally the same every time. Our potential costs for labor and parts went up so we have to charge more. They can't seem to answer why people who don't use those things have their costs go up. Find another insurance company. They've lost my business after 20 years.

Set up a policy, got everything approved, was told I was all set to go, I made my payment. A week later I get an email saying my policy was cancelled for non-payment and they have no record of it ever starting. I called and spoke to multiple people who could not help me. Holy smokes this is a TERRIBLE company.

The worst with their attention I have had my car crashed more than 10 days ago and they did not even come to verify it when I call they give me a representative who is on vacation I have been calling them more than 7 days 4 and 5 times during working hours and they do not know how to answer me my goodness what poor quality

They give you the bare minimum on helping you. Dont even try to solve your problems. They just want your money.
