I initially visited Insurance Lounge at the recommendation of an email I received from the Marketplace for help choosing a 2020 plan.
Joshuah Love was not only an absolute pleasure to work with, but he helped me navigate the process with ease and was able to clarify concepts for me that have been muddled and challenging each year I've sought insurance via the Marketplace. In addition, he was able to set me up with a bundled auto/renters policy for less than I was currently paying for auto alone.
My five stars are based on not only the ultimately successful outcome of my visits to Insurance Lounge, but also on the speed, ease and efficiency of the process as well as the rapport I experienced with my agent.

Website and painted on store windows they are open 7 days a week. I went the Saturday after Thanksgiving closed. OK nice they do that for the employees, will try again next weekend. Went back on a Sunday afternoon, closed. Fine if you don't want to work employees on the weekend, but don't advertise you are open, when you aren't. False advertising, won't be getting my $'s!

I have to give a shout to my all time favorite insurance agent (and sales person in general) Nathan. He is an exceptional salesperson whose approach has always been to first an foremost listen to my needs before suggesting a product. He is an excellent listener and an exceptionally all round nice guy with an over the top, engaging personality. Having to buy and/or deal with insurance related issues is not on my list of fun things to do but I have to admit that I always look forward to my interactions with Nathan. I appreciate his wise counsel and feel confident that he always has my back.

don't get josh wood. very poor about returning calls and doesn't do what he says. my advise is skip the agent and do it yourself on line. I had to go online and take care of my needs because of his lapse.
