First, i must say I have never had a bad experience with Melissa nor with any of her assistants. We have been working with them for the past 12 years I believe and have always been thoroughly satisfied. It's so nice to be able to trust someone in the doubtful business world we live in. As for Kelly, she was not only polite but patient friendly and worked to make sure I had the information I needed to make my decision concerning insurance choices. thank you so much for being there for me.

I was very happy that I took the time and set up an appointment with Melissa. Co workers suggested that I speak with her about my Medicare supplement. Melissa explain my current supplement, its pros and cons. With her help I was able to choose a supplement that had more advantages for my personal needs. It was time well spent and I will look forward to working with Melissa in the future.
