Not installed correctly as told by my new company that has to fix their work. Much more to say but if I could give zero stars I would. Read the negative reviews. Basically that was my experience also. Zero ethics. ( costly me THOUSANDS of dollars to fix their incompetence)

I have waited a while to do this review, a couple of years since Nathan installed our new heating/air system. I wanted to make sure I was fair in this review. At first we were very satisfied with the work and cost. Since then, if possible, would now rate a 0 if I could. The First problem was we also used them to do annual maintenance and some fixes, we had the most unprofessional service rep come and he 100 percent lied about my wife just asking questions about the work and systems. He claimed we were rude and critical of his work, they then said they would no longer come to our home and service our systems. That now explains why, in the last couple of years we have spent over $3000 fixing problems due to the systems installation was completely done wrong. We have had to change how it drains to how each unit was installed on the walls. When they did come out we would ask questions, how something would work or not or when fixing something asking why they did it that way. Not getting into details this company completely fails in customer relations, installation, follow up on issues or guarantees. If my wife wants to ask simple questions she should be able to and get reasonable answers. We also were treated by office people in the most disreptfull manor. They wouldn't return calls, we left messages and had no idea what was going on, actually thought they went out of business. I suggest anyone look very hard at anyone else, even if your desperate. That is my warning to you. There are plenty of other service companies out there so check them out before Nathan's.

We recently bought a new home in Medford that has mini ducts in each room. We have lived here two months and had been using our ducts incorrectly as it was our first time with this type of heating. When they stopped working a chilly night this week Nathan Perry Heating & Air was our first call. They had a tech out within 24 hours of my request. Our maintenance tech Rob called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and was extremely professional. He made sure to diagnose the problem, explained to us the proper way to set the controls, and waited around to make sure the entire system rebooted and worked well. He also used the time waiting for the units to reset to show me how to clean the filters in the future. After he left he called me 5 hours later just to make sure the units were still working well and nothing had changed. He was professional, courteous and kind. 5 stars for me!
