Candlewood Suites Medford, an IHG Hotel

Had a pleasant time staying at this Candlewood Suites. The staff is great! They were so nice and accommodating no matter the time of day or night. The location is super convenient as its right across from the airport. And you cant beat FREE LAUNDRY! I for sure would stay here again. The price, staff, and location makes this place a great stay.

Lisa was great accommodating people and serving every customer in timely manner, and very professional! The service is 5 star for sure, but the overall 1 star is for insane amount of incidental fee/ deposit amount. I only stayed for 1 day, and did not aware of $250 deposit??!! This is larger than the fare. I did hear there will be an 25 incidental fees, not $250. Next time do have some type of message in the website or in the app so that people are aware.

I would definitely stay here again! Exceptionally clean and the staff are amazing! The price is very affordable and the rooms are large with lots of amenities

3 stars for service because housekeeper was only caring about herself not my privacy and the fact that I owned the room until checkout. Front desk was nice but of course all the things that managment allows are beyond the control of the front desk. This location charges the credit card without your knowledge a minimum of $25 for "incidentals." I did not see this anywhere on the website or on the check in form. But, according to the front desk it doesn't count because it's just pending not a charge. Baloney, it's a charge until the 10+ possible days are up until it's released. I put the "get me later" magnet in my door so I wouldn't be interrupted by housekeeping. It did no good. Well before the check out time, I'm sure I'll spell her name wrong, Elmera, knocked on the door. I asked her why she was bothering me with the magnet on the door. Her response? you're checking out today I wanted to see if you had left. Used to be my favorite spot to stop on I5, love the small kitchen, full size refrigerator, usually I get a room with one bed so there's lots of room and there's a recliner along with a nice desk with a desk chair.
