        Happy Soakers We purchased our second Hot Springs tub in 2022 and have felt very good about the quality and the service of our local supplier but were a little concerned when the ownership changed hands. No Problemo! When it was time to replace water and salt cartridge, Lacy Thom went beyond expectations and helped guide us through every step. High Five to Pete as well who helped us by phone to pair the remote with the unit. Quality Tub, quality service!

        Had a problem with my salt system. Matt and his team tried their best to get it resolved with a few phone calls and videos, but to no avail. When we could not get it fixed, we got a live service call set up. Peter came out and with a little persistence, got it running right again. Great experience all around!
