After paying an unexpected $300 bill to our eye doctor, he recommended we call Oregon Senior Solutions for a review of our Medicare coverage. We had already read many great reviews about this company on Rogue Weathers Facebook. We trust them, so we decided to give Oregon Senior Solutions a call. My husband and I were originally steered into plans by volunteers at the SHIBA organization (avoid at all cost!) that drained us of $510 per month and we were very dissatisfied. We are on a fixed income and it was so difficult to make that payment. Michelle Lockett went over our prescriptions, doctors and budget with such care, concern and professionalism. She recommended a plan that saved us over $450 per month. We were skeptical but we have been on this plan for a year now and we are so very pleased! We have recommended a few friends who are equally happy. We only wish we had contacted her sooner. Best of all, we didnt pay her a dime. And she has advocated for us and been available anytime we had questions. She even called our dermatologist to fight over an odd bill we received. WHY arent we told there is a wonderful service like this?? Its a shame. Call them, you wont be disappointed! Sincerely, Angela Hall
