        This gym is a game changer. If you are serious about investing in your body and doing the work, this gym is for you. I have been to other gyms and felt like just a number. The staff at F45 really treat you like a family and are constantly checking up on you and holding you accountable even when you are out of town. I highly recommend you give the 7 day workout a chance and see if it fits your lifestyle.

        Love F45 so much! The trainers are amazing and the atmosphere is always so much fun. I love how F45 holds you accountable and you are able to get a great workout in under 45 mins. Highly recommend!

        The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable during workouts. I felt welcomed from day 1 and love how it feels like a group class, but everyone is focused on their own work. Its upbeat and I love how you get a lot done in a short amount of time.

        Started with a trial week and never left! Done over 150 classes so far and still love it. The coaches are all so helpful and motivating! No matter what your fitness state, F45 has modifications for every workout and always makes you feel motivated to keep going. If youre looking for something new and different that keeps you coming back, Id highly recommend Medford South F45!
