I know they are trying to reduce losses, but they have locked most every thing up, at least in sporting goods, then you have to look all over the store to have someone help you. Not enough employees serve the public. And, a robot floor cleaner went past me, no problem but felt very impersonal. I'm not a fan of replacing base level client facing jobs with machines

Tried to return a keyboard that wasn't working. Their computer system didn't give us a receipt by text or physical reciept. We explained this and they refused to help us. Then when I called them useless. They kicked me out of the store as well as my wife. When she didn't do anything. My wife goes in another time and gets harassed by their power hungry AP manager Leigh. Leigh called the cops on her and wouldn't let her leave. Then after my wife is told by the officer that he sorted that out. She goes back in with her service dog and gets kicked out again. Leigh is a power hungry tyrant that thinks she owns the store. Pretty sure that she's trying to go for the General managers job and push the current one out. Also they like to accuse people of stealing and it seems like they do it for sport. Cause it happens way to often. Worst Walmart ever. Will never shop there again cause if Leigh tries to hold me against my will. I will leave one way or another. Don't try to imprison me
