They didn't have time to show me /pick the slab I wanted out of the 3 they had. So I went somewhere else better that treated me as a customer and not another soul in their business.
The young lady there needs some customers skills in her resume.
Their showroom was pretty neat and organized though.

My husband had been a fabricator and worked mainly with this supplier for 12+ years.  He ordered and paid for some granite for a customer. He passed away unexpectedly, so I called up the supplier and asked if they could pick up the granite as he wouldn't be installing it. "No problem, we'll pick it up, sorry for your loss, etc".    I noticed he never received a refund for the granite that he purchased for a customer.  I went in to talk with one of the owners who was Don and he states the job was installed by another fabricator out in the shops.  I said, we'll, why didn't you call me and let me know than that you weren't going to return the product like you said?"  He said I'm just the wife and they dealt with my husband.  No, you didn't care because as long as you sold your product and made your money.  Why not pick up the product, refund him and than sell the granite to another installer? There's a thought!?!  Wow, this is how you treat a friend/business associate you've known for years who just died......Let  him foot the bill??  Very dishonorable and unprofessional of Elemar!!  But I'm just the wife" and "Don, you're such a liar and thief"

Great place for countertops!!! The tall young man was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

It was great to see the countertop possibilities in large sizes instead of the little 'samples' we've found at the big box stores.
