        Not impressed with most of the folks here. Aside from the receptionist and the first gentleman I spoke with, I find everyone else Ive dealt with to be rude and curt. They have been handling my 401k for 3 years and I have never received a statement of my account. When calling to ask questions it seems I am directed to a different person every time and they have all been unhelpful and not courteous. Doesnt help that my employer wasnt making timely contributions and therefore I have been unable to access my money for sometime. Not happy
