Very disappointed! My bank account information was I entered incorrectly on my return! When I let Alex know he said he read back to me what was typed on the form. He had the check with the number still in his hand so. Now even knowing how important this was to my financial situation he simply said said theres nothing he could do, thats it. Now I have to wait till they figure it out and mail it to me which is exactly what I didnt want since mail goes missing from my mailbox every now and again! I have always done taxes on Credit Karma and will go back! Never had a problem before but I never pay to have it done! Over $200 to have it done wrong and not an apology to be heard. Lack of concern is what I hate
