Had our wedding reception here. It was in a nice location for our guests and we got our entire deposit back. Things I liked: * worked entire arrangement remotely * flexible on arrangements / changes and availability * clear terms and contract * street parking wasn't too bad considering the location. There's also a parking garage near by * Required to get event insurance, and I did. I recommend getting one that will offer deposit coverage if you are worried about losing your deposit. Dislikes: * While I was able to handle everything over the phone and email, it is difficult to get a hold of someone. Be prepared to always leave a voicemail and get a call back within a few hours or even a few days. Not terrible but if you're in a hurry this may not work * The staff ate our food without asking or being offered. I think this is unprofessional. I was the groom, and I literally watched them take plates of food. I asked them about it and they said it tasted good. * The staff lounged around the guest areas. It was odd to have uninvited guests basically walking through the event and people wondering who they were or what they were doing. There weren't uniforms or clothes to indicate they were staff, so it was just an odd presence. * They billed us for an extra hour to set up and also for tablecloths. Now, the contract is clear and indicates that this would happen and I wasn't surprised. But, given that they were willing to take our food I think there was a complete lack of quid-pro-quo. If we're friends, fine have some food and enjoy yourself. But don't also put the hammer down for some tablecloths. Tips: * If you book your event here, take photos of damage and the room beforehand. Take video if you can. Prepare yourself a bit just to ensure everything goes smoothly. * Ask them to not eat your food, because they probably will.

Well what can I say good about this place? It is pretty, unique for the Medford area. Parking is atrocious. Very difficult people to work with. Be prepared to have them stalk you during your event, they do not leave. It's quite awkward. They look through your trash, they look all over the tables and they help yourself to your food. They asked us for our leftovers. They even ate the wedding cake although we didn't even have enough for our guests sadly. Kind of odd that they just helped themselves to it. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY if you choose to use this event make sure you add your deposit to your total cost because the WILL NOT GIVE your deposit back. Not only that they will not communicate with you about it they just won't give it back. We were in a beautiful event, everyone was well behaved and orderly, we put everything back how we found it, (I dare to say better even) and they still subtracted our deposit. We still don't know why and they refuse to return our calls. I highly advise that you find another place to host your event.
