        Had an IVA go out on a Sunday, called them Monday morning and they got us right in and had the job done in about 45 minutes. Really a great group of people working here. Would have no problem recommending them to other people for their honesty and helpfulness. Thanks for the great job!

        Made an attempt to get a full enclosed cab. Nobody got back to me. Also put an order in for a bit that I specifically sent itemized specs for and called before I drove an hour. Nope. Not the correct bit. Not even close. Spend a little more time when clients are trying to spend $$ even if it's not 70k for a new machine.

        Secured a rental for 3/18/22 - called to move it back by one week. Confirmed and went to pick up on 3/25/22 - unit had sold. No call, no warning, waste of time. I know it was a small rental but lack of care shows.
