        I arrived 20 minutes before check in. I pre-registered on my phone and wasn't taken back to the chair until 20 minutes after my appointment scheduled time. This location is shabby the waiting room is loud and receptionists annoying. Upon arriving and having my blood pressure checked I was denied service of a simple cleaning. Blood pressure can be affected by many things including being upset. The hygienist had no bedside manner and after I expressed that their policies and procedures discriminate against smokers. She said no they don't. That was very upsetting that she denied my opinion my feelings of of being discriminated against in the experience. I never want to go there again.

        More often than not whoever I deal with, hygienist or dentist, seems rushed. They appear to overbook for the staff they have. This time during the cleaning they only did one side and scheduled me 7 months later for the other side. However, when I had an emergency they got me in the next day.
