Fox Dental

Dr. Fox, Ashley, Alicia and Hailey ( front desk) are just amazing. Always smiling and willing to help you with anything. I used to be scared of going to the dentist until I started seeing Dr. Fox and their stuff members.I highly recommend!

Fox Dental left me in constant pain and discomfort and over changed me and my insurance company. They admit that the work they did was not done correctly but are making it impossible for me to get it fixed. They agreed to a full refund after much complaining but then tell me I need to find a dentist that will take payment Directly from Fox after the work is done. They know as we all know Dentists want payment at the time that the work is done. I contacted several dentists and no one wanted to get involved. I told Fox if they could set it up with a dentist, I would go to the dentist of their choice! They said no!, that I had to find the Dentist, which is impossible. Creating a Catch 22 and leaving Me in constant pain and Discomfort for no good reason. This office according to my insurance company tried to over bill my insurance several times, my insurance told me to file a formal complaint. They also charged me 3 times the going rate for my work, which added thousands to my out of pocket costs. Stay away! these people are just not Ethical.

Ashley Cole is a great dental hygienist. She is very thorough and takes the time to discuss your therapy. Dr. Fox is always great and has a sense of humor:)
