I contacted them and gave them my insurance information over the phone, including what my plan was. I double checked with them to make sure they knew what insurance I had, and they said they took it. I get there, am four pages through the paperwork, and they tell me they don't take my insurance - after I had already double checked that they did. I already told the lady at the front desk what insurance I had and she said they took it. 20 minutes of paperwork later, they tell me they don't take my insurance. They could have told me over the phone the first time, or when I walked in and told them what my insurance was, but they didn't. I left work, and will be out for over an hour because they can't do their job.

For anyone with anxiety of going to the dentist, this place is very welcoming. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. They respond quickly to your needs and listen to any concerns you may have. I highly recommend and I myself will be a returning patient.

I have never been happy to go to the dentist to say the least, but I have no problem (surprisingly!) with Crater Lake Dental. Very pleasant and accommodating, show complete concern for your problem and ready with solutions to help you. I would recommend this practice to anyone that asked me for a good dentist!

I was blown away by how caring, informative, and patient the team is. They go above and beyond to make sure your visit is as comfortable as it can be. I was not the biggest fan of dentist offices especially because of my previous dentist, but at this office I felt so welcomed and actually felt comfortable. The dentist has outstanding bedside manner and the team genuinely cares about helping you. I had an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this office.
