Lucy was so nice! Made me feel a lot more comfortable when getting my tooth pulled. There was another lady with a nose ring who also made the experience a lot better. I have a fear of the dentist and she definitely helped by making me laugh from time to time

Very friendly staff! They don't rush things and seem to genuinely care about each patient and help with what they need. Very helpful on the phone too and with sorting out insurance.

I have always been very nervous when going to the dentist. For the past 20 years I had only gone to the dentist when I was in pain resulting in three teeth being pulled. I finally mustarded up the strength and went to a dentist in Medford to get a proposal. After receiving the bid I then went to Dr. Johnson for a second bid. My husband just had a four in one and six in one complete implants with Dr. Johnson and loved the results and price. So now its my turn. After my consultation with Dental Excellence the timing of their services, comfort level along with price was a much better fit for me. What was needed?.Three implants, root canals, scaling.. and the list went on. I did opt for sedation depending on the pain and stress level of each procedure. I am thrilled with the result and no longer dread my dental appointments. My comfort was their greatest concern..Success! I actually look forward to the cleanings. Thank you Dental Excellence. Especially Dr. J and Linda!
