I was referred by my regular dentist...Amber did not tell me that my insurance didn't cover their services nor did I ask. I got charged plus days not paid. I am appealing this

I was referred to Dr. Malloy for some deep pockets and since I hadnt had a cleaning done in several years, they recommended I start off with a deep cleaning first. Dr. Malloy was very kind and thorough with his exam and explaining my treatment options in detail so that I could really understand what was going on with my mouth. When I came back for my cleaning, the dental hygienist Celeste was so gentle and comforting she actually was able to make it a pretty good experience, considering where I was! :) I left feeling comfortable and confident with everything and actually look forward to my next cleaning. Thank you Dr. Malloy and staff for such a great experience!
