On June 8th Judge Barnack made judgement that was so out of conformity with Oregon law that the 5 attorneys I had review the case (each having decades of experience in Oregon family law) said they had never seen anything like it. The judge reduced my access to my two sons to a schedule of 2 hours a week supervised. There has never been one single incident of harm to them or the mother. Never a threat of violence. The mother has enormous wealth. She hired a firm from Portland and submitted over 10,000 pages of exhibits. She also had Joe Davis (leading candidate for the open seat on the court). No doubt the local good old boy card played well. Barnack was embarrassingly unprofessional and has no business wearing that robe. The behavior included berating me for behavior that previous judge Hoppe lauded me for. In fact the case Barnack ruled consisted almost identical with the case Hoppe ruled on in October 2023. Hoppe explained in his decision that respondent did even come close to making the case for what she was asking. On the same evidence Barnack ruled yes to her every request and a hard no to me. Heres the kicker, I only wanted to be able to spend time with my boys, asked the court for help because she was restricting my access. I never missed a day, changed thousands of diapers, nurtured and loved them everyday. Saw them everyday of their lives. Since Barnack helped the mother steal the boys I have only seen them for a few hours

Horrible "professionalism".. place is becoming more of a joke then anything. When classrooms are not quiet then a courtroom you know there's something messed up going on.

Judge bloom shows me he backs my ex because he works for the system, never once has helped me with my son always gives my ex the benefit and chooses to make life harder on me as a mother without taking into account I was sole provider for the first 2.5 years and has Made every step of the way more emotional than it should be on a child and a mother. He shows favor in father and I believe it has to do with dad working for OYA. Judge bloom has not once in the year in a half Ive been seeing him allowed me the opportunity in scheduling needs to provide a better schedule for my son and allowed dad to be disruptive. Judge bloom knows where I stand and Im hoping one day he sees the bigger picture of a man destory his family for the cost of another woman getting her pregnant and taking from the only stable thing in my sons life (me). Working with judge bloom has been a nightmare and wish him the best as I take this to another level to be taken seriously on my sons wellbeing.
