I just left my 12:30 appointment for hair cutting. I wound up with Gavin who did an excellent job!! He really listened to me. My hair was to heavy, it was lopsided. He gave me a cute a line bob..my hair is about 15 pounds lighter and he's easy to talk too!! Completely recommend!!!!

I will always look back fondly on the time I spent at Phagans Medford School of Beauty. Kindra is the kindest person I know and takes great pride in her school and cares about each and every student and client. If you're looking into schools, I urge you to enroll here. You won't regret it. If you're looking for for services you are in a good place. They will do all they can to make sure you're happy leaving. That said, it is a school still and the clients are what keep it going. Without them we wouldn't have that hands on experience talking to real clients and doing real consultations. Remember, the consultation is very important. Most students will grab an instructor if they're unsure they can do what you are asking. Some services shouldn't be performed at a school and should be done by a specialist! Students do need approval before and after each service as well. The customer service is amazing. You can request someone by name or a junior/ senior as well. This place was home to me for a year and taught me so much! Now I'm in a very nice salon and excelling. All thanks to Phagans.

Always a great experience getting my hair colored! The students are friendly and all the work is done under close supervision from the instructors.
