        Awful customer service. Hard to get ahold of. Canceled an appointment they agreed to and schedule another one over 2 weeks out. Not acceptable or professional. Would not recommend.

        Best mechanic you will find! The shop owner is very kind and isn't in it for the money. He has done exaust work, fuel pump and ECM as well as other miscellaneous things. I dont trust any other shop with the keys to my truck. I have brought this truck to the shop multiple times and Frank exceeds my expectations every time. He has fixed what other shops messed up on. Not once have I had to pick my truck up and be dissapointed with the work done on it. Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

        The mechanic was extremely rude and unprofessional, to the point where my mother was in tears when I picked her up. If youre looking for good service and mutual respect, I would not recommend this business.

        Frank and Robin own a great automotive business in north Medford. Frank has tons of experience; they offer great service and prices. If you are need of a reliable and dependable mechanic, Frank is the answer at Extreme Auto Service. Robin also offers awesome customer service, and she services interlock devices as well.

      This person never received service and was never a This person never received service and was never a customer at this establishment ignition interlock breathalyzer Appointment was never approved through us. You made your appointment on the portal app assuming that we had spots available. I tried to help you out by setting up another appointment for you. For your car to get serviced but you refused.

      His mother came in for interlock service for a breathalyzer, and she was upset with the system and was upset with the grants Pass location. She was upset because we couldn’t provide her with immediate service without an appointment. Josh Larson was never a customer or client for the interlock service, I’m sorry your mother was upset over the interlock program, but we do not control any of that. We just install and remove and monitor.
