Curtis is friendly and responsive to problems. When an error was made on a very complicated return, he took full responsibility, worked months to correct the problem and paid the penalty himself. We have used his services at the Manor for 9 years a I recommend him to all who ask.

Worst Tax Experience
This office both missed thousands of dollars on our returns AND took ZERO personal responsibility for their mistakes. They were beyond rude in their dealings and I can’t believe how this type of customer service could be acceptable to anyone.

I had experience with Curtis Roberston's office secondarily through my step-mother who used his accounting services in his office in the Rogue Valley Manor. In all my dealings with the office I found both himself and his staff to not be forthcoming or helpful. It was very difficult to actually reach anyone in the office - calls usually going directly to voice mail. Messages requesting a call back were not responded to in a timely manner if ever. Once on the phone Mr. Robertson did not provide the information requested and never followed through on producing that information. I finally contacted a residential counselor at the Manor whose call to him at last prompted him to call me back. When I finally got the paperwork I needed copies were of poor quality and haphazard ie not specifically what I had asked for.
I find this behavior unprofessional at best and inept at worst. Interactions I had with his staff, Robin, were no better. I would not recommend ANYONE use the services of Curtis Robinson, CPA.
