Julie hand held me through both the purchase and eventual sale of my home (in which we got several offers & sold for over asking). She answered the million questions I had, explained things so that my over-analytical mind could be at ease. She went above and beyond, like when the house needed new fire alarms for the sale and I couldnt make it out there she took care of it for me. Her and her team were knowledgeable, straight forward, helpful and all around excellent to work with and Id highly recommend them!

Katie Russ from Harmony Homes is unprofessional, dishonest and untrustworthy. Katie had a written contract in regards to a property that I purchased that she failed to fulfill. Then she simply refused to respond to my calls or text messages. Katie Russ cost me upwards of ten thousand dollars in additional associated costs that should have been taken care of during the sale, many, many hours of time, and dozens of frustrating phone calls to remedy her failure as a realtor. She brokered a shady deal and then refused to accept accountability for her actions or lack thereof. Katie is NOT a woman of her word. She lacks basic integrity, and when one is buying a house you need a realtor you can put your trust in. Katie is not a professional you can trust with such an important financial and emotional transaction.

Ive got to say,with the roller coaster this market is in.Julie stepped up to the plate and went to bat for us.I am actually surprised she still stuck with us;with as many questions, and journeys We took her through. She is a straight shooter so her user her yays are her yays, And her nays are her nays( With no mayonnaise in between). Thanks for everything Julie

Katie and her team are detailed and thorough. Katie ensures every deal is handled with the highest of morals and ethics for all parties involved. She takes it very seriously that transactions are smooth and conducted with professionalism. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transactions, you will be in great hands.
