Trisha is a 10 out of 5 stars realtor. She went way above and beyond the call of duty. She communicated frequently with us as we were looking for a new home. She showed us a variety of homes that met our requirements along with several that were smaller or larger or had different features than our target home just to make sure we were getting what we really wanted vs what we thought wanted. After we selected our new home she continued working with us providing a lot of expertise in identifying issues and putting us in contact with many vendors and frequently meeting with them on our behalf. Bottom line ... she's Awesome!

Susan and Stacy have made this purchase so simple and easy. Their professionalism is out standing! They handled all the inspections, followed through with vendors and made sure I was comfortable with the process from putting the offer in to finalizing the sale. This was especially helpful since I was relocating from out of state. This home was my second purchase through Baker Street and I highly recommend them to handle any and all future purchases.
