I went there to have a meeting about my sister. They were all very polite. My only issue was for a meeting there should have been more seating or in a different place that had more room. The staff there (Eli) is amazing.

This was my first visit to your facility. It was very pleasant, clean, up to date and everyone was nice. The friend we visited was very pleased with his room, his care and the meals. As he is a veteran, I was pleased he had a good view of the American flag!

My experience is mostly positive. However there should always be place for family to locate when. ask to leave the room where there are comfortable chairs and there is not 4 or 5 patients there, which takes away the privacy that might be needed..

My visit is always good with my momma. It makes me sad to see her there she is lonely in a room alone, just laying in bed waiting for therapy so she can go home. Some of there employees have a lot to be desired . Very short and rude. Treated my mom very badly being ruff with her , yelling at her to stand up that she's lucky they were even helping her that she is supposed to do this by herself. She fell and broke her leg at the top of her hip replacement 5 years ago and was fresh out of surgery she was in tears and so much pain. The just let her droppinto the char slung her with the sling into the bed and told her she will have to just use her bed if she has to go to the bathroom that bad. So she played in a wet bed in pain for hours. Like hours later after ringing her buzzer over and over for. Help and all day laying there someone came in with a Tylenol. One last comment what happened to respect from this young fresh generation and don't they know these people are human beings not nimals. . Grow up if you can't do your job or handle it then get out of the profession. These people are our grandmas papas , mothers fathers ect ect.***** Must have been born with a silver spoon in yor mouth and were handed everything on a silver platter and spoiled beyond disapline, no one will every treat my almost 80 year old mom again like that. I am probably mean to say this but I hope they will be let go because that is not a place for mean people. One last thing I have had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Nichole don't know her last name but she will be a forever friend and influence to my mom. An instant bond very heart feltshe must be an Angel sent from God. More of you should have the compassion and joy in her heart for that job. Show respect and kindness and it will be given back in return. Show some patience and be positive your faces may be the last they see in this life time.

Recently, an elderly family member was admitted to this facility after a severe fall. From the time of admission to discharge the care we received was beyond expectation. Each person on her care team was kind, honest and highly proficient in their specific field. While rehab facilities can feel institutional and cold, the folks here made you feel like a member of their family by continuously asking what they could do to help and taking the initiative to preemptively provide services that they knew were needed before we even thought of them. Personally, I am extremely difficult to please when it comes to medical care and I cannot say a single negative thing about the care we received. If you or a loved one needs this service you can trust these folks completely!
