        It has been a great place to work at. The individuals we serve are amazing. It has been a privilege to work with so many great people that includes my co-workers of course lol. In my 32 years of working there a lot of good friendships have developed and I still continue to meet nice people. For some reason it's been hard to.retire from here would miss everyone. Thank God for blessing me in this way to have a job I love going to.

        I recently had a family emergency that took me out of the office for several weeks. The direction I received from management was that family comes 1st. I felt incredibly supported during my absence and it gave me peace of mind to know that my employer had my back during this tough time. This is only one example of everything that I have to be grateful as an employee. I definitely recommend exploring our job openings and other ways to get involved. I'm approaching my 3rd anniversary and I am proud to say that I am a part of the MVA family.
