        If you want your nail bed damaged go here. I had gel polish. She peeled it off my nails, I cried out in pain and she didnt stop, then she put a cotton soaked in acetone after she peeled off as much as she could. She used the cuticle nippers to do this. She let my nails soak in acetone for about 1 minute and began peeling again. She peeled off part of my nail bed as I have very thin nails ( the reason I wanted gel polish!) I had warned her before she started that my nails were not thick or strong. Then she wanted a dark polish to cover up my ravaged damaged nail beds. It was the older lady who usually sits in the pedicure area. Ive never had this happen before. But I wont be returning here. Also, FYI the little dishes with implements soaking in them have cotton in them. This is not sanitary, and against Oregon sanitation rules for nail salons. This shop is not sanitary. I hope to see better nail care from other places, but Im not very hopeful. Run from this place!

      Hello Janise, We are sorry about your experience at our salon. We sure will work out with the nails tech to listen to the customers better in the future. At out salon, safety, clean for the customer are our priority. All the disinfection, sanitization procedure are following the OR Board instruction (soaking implements in the high level disinfectant was required by OR Board, cotton ball or paper on the bottom of the jar to prevent implement from damaged or bending). We would never do anything that against the OR law. You can reach to us anytime to correct your nails issue. We are here to listen. Thanks so much for your time.
