Gary over delivered on everything on both the sale and of our home and purchase of our new home. He was always there to answer questions and to make sure that things went smoothly. Gary is a very knowledgeable and professional real-estate agent. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we are not familiar with the process. Gary made this first time event a great experience. Gary was exceptionally helpful in educating us on what we needed to know to buy a house. Everything from the inspection to closing was a smooth process. Gary is also a great negotiator. He knows the appropriate limits of how to counter an offer or add something to an addendum. We highly recommend considering Gary to either help you buy or sell a house!
