Caitlin was recommended to us by multiple friends and were so happy we had her help us find our home. One of the things that I appreciated the most was that she was attentive to our vision of a home, taking extra time to figure out what our dream home looks like and working hard to find homes to tour that were in alignment with what we were looking for. She responded to us at all times of day and tirelessly answered our questions and helped us find a home in the midsts of a really tough buyers market. The home that we ended up with is absolutely everything we were hoping for- in the neighborhood we wanted, for the price we could afford, and has been such an addition to our lives in so many positive ways. To be honest, we were a bit afraid of buying a house but Caitlin made the process easy and joyful. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Shes wonderful!

Caitlin is the best! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she is also incredibly patient and caring (critical traits in the fraught world of real estate, if you ask me). Throughout our house hunting journey, Caitlin was always there to answer ANY questions or concerns we had-- no detail was too small. She was upfront and transparent with us throughout the entire process and always made us feel 100% taken care of. We absolutely love our new home and credit Caitlin with helping guide us through a relatively smooth and effortless close. WOW!! Caitlin is the person you want on your team! She was so helpful all along the way to sell our home. I couldnt have expected anything more than the great advice she offered to us with every decision we had to make. I felt right away from the beginning that we both wanted to sell a fantastic property and we definitely accomplished that. ( even when I envisioned different finishes, her design intuition was better than mine and the final outcome was a beautiful home for a new family to enjoy as much as we did ). I do know several realtors in other counties and she is now my favorite to work with. Im certain that everybody that has worked with her already feels that way too. Now that we know her, its obvious that her other reviews perfectly describe her and all that she brings to a real estate project-
