        Was visiting McMinnville to buy a truck. The only food available really was fast food and Pho Bros. Ive lived in Sacramento, San Jose, and LA so I rarely eat pho at little places like this in small towns because they are always trash. However, this place is legit. The broth was amazing had sweeter and richer notes to it than what I am used to, but it was amazing. Good amount of meat for the Large. The bowls were rather small but usually with bigger bowls they just add more noodles, this was very very balanced. My only gripes are they dont have tendon or tripe, the chubby male server was really irritated about something (everyone has a bad day), and they need to clean the damn hoisin and sirracha bottles. The bottles were caked with half dry stuff from other sloppy patrons and it was just left to sit and fester on bottle. Doubt I will ever be back in McMinnville again but if I am Im going to Pho Bros
