I really wish I looked at the past reviews before I placed my order with Willow and Vine. As local business owner, I am appalled that someone would handle their business so poorly. I wanted to gift my friend something pretty for her birthday, after finding her account on IG, I messaged her and asked if she could deliver that Friday or Saturday and she assured me she would and that she had something I was looking for and that she would send me a photo of the arrangement when it was done. I didnt receive any communication for another day and had to reach out for her to confirm if she delivered or was planning on Saturday (which was my friends birthday). She replied and said that my flowers were on the truck and scheduled for delivery and that she would send me photo. Again, NEVER DID and my friend never RECEIVED her flowers! I paid for them on Friday after she invoiced me on Venmo ($75) and I am currently disputing the charge but she has not replied to Venmo regarding the dispute. Since then, I have messaged her and said my order was never received and that I would like a refund. She did not reply. DO NOT BUY FROM HER! SHE IS A SCAM. I have no idea how she is operating a floral business like this. This has been such a disappointing experience and I hope others dont end up in a similar situation.

We ordered flowers for Valentine's Day a week ago then checked with them on Valentine's Day to reconfirm and then the flowers never arrived. Now they are not answering their phone.

I ordered flowers and was told that they would be delivered by a specific time. I called around the time the flowers were supposed to be delivered. Rebecca answered and while I said my name and started to ask about the flowers-she hung up the phone and did not respond after many attempts. She is a loser and not a good business person. Stay away!

Stopped by last minute for a corsage. She made it for me to go in about 10 minutes. Loved the interaction so placed an order for Valentine's flowers. Decided the day of to change from pickup to delivery. They took care of it at no extra cost and added a card and balloon without me asking. Offered to pay extra and they refused. They've earned a loyal customer. Of course the flowers were gorgeous!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Did not fulfill my order! Recipient did not receive! Would not answer repeated calls, yet charged my card! BEWARE!!!
