He refuses to order testing when he hasnt determined the cause of the issue. He is dismissive and rude.

Dr. Bliven treated me when I was in ER with a very frightening heart rhythm issue. His kind, patient manner coupled with his extensive knowledge and years of experience made all the difference to me that night. He took the time to really tell me what was happening, what it meant, what to do about it, and we got it resolved. Thank you Dr. Bliven!

Dr. Bliven has been my doctor since I was 13 when he very first started practicing. He's been all 3 of my children's doctor as well. Very sweet and smart doctor. I always felt heard. He's thorough, doesn't rush patients through the door, and knows his stuff. He's very knowledgeable about skin conditions and rashes. This came in handy with kids. He's now working in Willamette valley medical center as a hospitalist. I miss him, but I'm happy for him in his new adventure.
