I can't count the many horrible experiences I've had with these folks. Of course this was years ago, but shame on them for all the crud they do to people who just want good health care. They have had a habit to act a little bit discriminatory towards anybody of any different nationality. Not to mention they're so cheap they prefer to use a third-party Lab company rather than have their own. I remember one time I had a bruise on my arm because the lady who was drawing my blood practically stabbed my arm. Response to the owner: I left Oregon 3 years ago. If you really do believe in good change then why don't you rid yourselves of a third-party company and stop being cheap. Why do you do discrimination at times? I've seen it firsthand. You're supposed to be an organization that can be trusted.

I went to get fillings and they didn't get the cavity all the way out so now on all the teeth I got fillings on I have cavities underneath I went back and they said I needed a root canal and I need to pay out of pocket. They should be the ones paying for the damages they did. I now have to go in tomorrow and get all my teeth pulled that they put fillings on due to malpractice. Mind you they are the only ones who did my fillings. So 10/10 would not recommend them.

They are not caring at all. Act like they could care less about how you are feeling. What kind of pain u have.

Today I had an appointment for an exam, I arrived 5 minutes late because it was at 12:00 and they didn't want to attend to me. That why I was 5 minutes late and why it took me a while to fill out a form that they didn't give me immediately I arrived. And you know that I come from Portland to this appointment And apart from this I am paying them what they charge me, I think they did not serve me because I do not have insurance,

I am fortunate enough to have Dr. Kelly Crawford as a primary care physician at Virginia-Garcia in McMinnville. She is a wonderful doctor who, although efficient, is also patient in listening to my concerns. Dr. Crawford is very knowledgeable, takes my concerns seriously, and obviously cares about my well-being and quality of life. Her staff has consistently conducted themselves with professionalism, as well as being friendly, polite, and attentive. I know that this clinic has received some negative comments, but I think those were left by people who have serious entitlement issues and very little compassion for the fact that the people who are employed here have more work to accomplish than any normal person can do in a given day -- especially in light of the epidemic. Their jobs are also very high-stress, and often, the conditions they work under (like having to constantly wear face masks and other protective gear, and until recently, needing to sit outdoors and run back and forth to patients' cars to accommodate COVID restrictions) is also really challenging. I have always been treated with friendliness, respect, and efficiency by all of the lovely ladies who attend the front desk and the men and women who attend the pharmacy. Everyone I've encountered here has had a helpful, can-do attitude. I am sincerely grateful to ALL of them for showing up every day to care for the medical needs of the many patients who frequent the clinic. THANK YOU ALL!!!
