        I was greeted very rudely with attitude by the teller when I walked in. I kind of brushed it off and gave her my money and ID and told her I would like to pay my loan. Then she tosses my ID back at me on the counter with attitude when giving it back to me. The whole time I stayed quiet and holding back from saying anything. I didnt appreciate this encounter at all. I havent had any issues at this location until today. I did not get a name but my receipt says Teller: mlw.

        After 2008 when big banks clearly exposed themselves as not being on the sides of most of us I joined millions and switched to a credit union. My credit union at the time was within walking distance and now it is a long drive away. I want a financial partner who knows and cares about my family, provides competent and friendly service, and has product options that meet our needs. Oregon State Credit Union has proved itself in so many ways over the last few years. The folks at the McMinnville branch have been our "rock stars". They have bill pay, ACH, notary services, online deposits, and no "gotcha" big fees that banks have! So pleased!! So grateful!
