Finally happened that I hit a deer and Allstate referred me to Gerber. Friendly staff. Easy access to their facility. Stayed in touch on completion date. Bumper replacement looks great. They even vacuumed and washed my car.....very nice! Lifetime warranty on work as long as I own the car. Great experience!

Super happy! My Toyota Rav4 was repaired before the date promised in perfect order! They communicated with me very well the entire time to let me know how the repair was going and the car was restored back to new condition which was important since we plan on keeping this car a long time. I was just over at Davidson auto parts looking for a solution to stop the water ingress into the trunk of my car, and they sent me across the street to Gerber. They gave me a roll of butyl rubber to replace the gaskets on the 3rd brake light. (free of charge) I couldn't be happier with how professional and nice the people working there are. Oh, and my trunk is nice and dry now.
