We worked with Erin Laskey and I would strongly recommend her. My wife and I shopped for a house/lot in the Manzanita / Cannon Beach area for about 20 months - we had several offers and worked continuously with Erin. The process was long and the market was very challenging during the period we were shopping. Erin was always responsive, flexible and professional. She went above and beyond and even explored other regions that were quite the drive for her. In the end, she even did something that I think other brokers wouldn't have done, she decided even when we were very close to getting a place, she handed us off to another broker who had more knowledge in the area we decided to buy in (Lincoln City). We closed 2 months later after Erin helped us find the right broker (also with Southeby's). Overall such professional and selfless support from a broker I think is rare. she worked long / hard hours for us and we would strenuously recommend her.
