I had an absolutely wonderful experience here from the moment I walked in. The man behind the counter checking me in was extremely welcoming and cheerful. Having a pelvic ultrasound done is not a pleasant experience, but my tech made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. She explained everything she was doing and was very calming throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hands down a 5 star experience.

We are currently in a hot spot with a record number of covid cases in Deschutes county. I had to sit in a small and crowded waiting room with several other patients. One of whom was within ear shot and said she had been exposed to covid recently when she was answering the screening questions. They should do a much better job at separating patients, which would include monitoring waiting room capacity. They used to limit waiting capacity but no longer take these precautions. I did not feel safe there at all.

I have been going to Cascade Medical Imaging since the late 80’s. All of my times there I have dealt with very professional people from the front desk, to the technicians, other staff members & doctor’s. I highly recommend the location for whatever need someone has. Basically I am trusting my life with them to be accurate on any test & results.

Instead of sending me a bill for my mammogram that was done this January, they just sent it straight to collections. Honestly Cascade Imaging! I always pay my bills the minute I receive them. Why would you assume that turning me over to a collection agency would be better? SHAME ON YOU! I can't "take my business elsewhere" as you are the only ones in our area. But it's quite obvious that you know this so can treat your patients this way. This is the first time in my life I have ever been turned over to a collection agency!

Website here says open 7-7, called to get result and "after hours" line says closed at 5:00 PM - update your web site!
